Welcome to the Life of a Galwegian Girl!

My name is Clodagh. I am a 20 year old student and a proud Irish girl. I have grown up in the countryside outside Tuam in County Galway.

The inspiration behind my blog is to allow my followers a truthful, in depth insight into my life and what it is like to live in Galway. I want to express the amazing wonders of Galway while also giving an accurate and honest account of the county. The content of my blog will be written based on my personal experiences, perceptions and acquired judgement as regards the reality of life in Galway. I will base my blog posts on the culture, the arts including music, the events and festivals and history of County Galway.

I am truly proud to call myself a Galway girl and I embrace my homeland for everything that it is. I hope to provide you guys with a genuine appreciation and knowledge of the my County from the prospective of a Galwegian girl.
